Counseling
Who I Work With
My clinical work includes adults, and families across the lifespan. I have experience supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, trauma and post-traumatic stress, anxiety, attachment-related concerns, and the impact of community and systemic stressors.
I have worked in a range of clinical settings, including community mental health, inpatient and intensive outpatient programs, residential care, college counseling, and group practice. This breadth informs a grounded, flexible approach to care.
Modalities & Clinical Orientation
My clinical orientation integrates multiple evidence-informed approaches, including:
relational and attachment-based frameworks
trauma-informed care
cognitive-behavioral approaches
narrative therapy
family systems and relational-cultural perspectives
Treatment is collaborative and responsive rather than prescriptive, with attention to both individual experience and the broader systems shaping well-being.

Clinical Supervision for Licensure
I provide clinical supervision for licensure grounded in developmental, relational, and ethically attentive supervision practices. Supervision is offered via telehealth and is designed to support both clinical competence and professional identity development.
Supervision is a distinct professional service focused on client welfare, skill development, ethical practice, and readiness for independent licensure.
Who I Supervise
I supervise:
Residents and supervisees working toward licensure
Early-career counselors seeking structured, supportive supervision
Clinicians practicing in community, agency, or group practice settings
Supervision is available only to supervisees who are appropriately licensed or credentialed at the trainee or resident level in approved jurisdictions.
Developmental Focus & Supervision Approach
My supervision approach integrates:
the Integrated Developmental Model
relational and humanistic supervision frameworks
relational-cultural perspectives
In supervision, I move fluidly among the roles of teacher, consultant, counselor, and evaluator, depending on supervisee needs and developmental level. Supervision includes ongoing feedback, periodic formal evaluation, and review of clinical material (e.g., recordings, case notes, conceptualization).
Supervisees are expected to engage actively in supervision, bring representative clinical material, and participate in reflective and evaluative processes as outlined in the supervision agreement
